EnergyMixx is solely dedicated to renewable energy and aims to reduce the dependence on hydrocarbons by providing access to clean energy. We intend to become a large-scale generator and supplier of renewable energy to both developed and emerging economies with an immediate and long term need for clean and secure energy supply.

EnergyMixx AG is a horizontally and vertically integrated Swiss holding company that invests in the building and operation of renewable energy electricity generation ventures in lucrative energy markets around the globe. Our investments and projects are diversified across the spectrum of renewable energy generation (wind, solar, biomass and hydro). Revenue strategy is based on selling electricity as well as from trading financial incentives such as green and white certificates or carbon credits. The existing focus is mainly on wind, solar and biomass energy power plants and projects in the lucrative energy market of Italy and the Corridor VIII area. 

We are always looking for new attractive investment opportunities and projects. Thereby, we always focus strongly on the attractiveness of the projects. It is our clear objective to achieve a high IRR of at least 20% and be able to generate high cash flows (EBITDA of up tp 80%) after the construction phase of a project has been terminated and production started. This setup will lead to high profitability.
