EnergyMixx AG announces Formation of the Company’s Board

Zurich, Switzerland-June 04, 2007: EnergyMixx AG is pleased to announce the formation of its Board of Directors comprising of visionaries and pioneers in the renewable energy sector. The board members are technology leaders in their respective fields and bring wealth of experience to the EnergyMixx Board.

EnergyMixx Board of Directors is led by Mr. Artur Dela, who has the overall vision of the emerging renewable energy sector with international experience of growing several companies in similar high-growth sectors. Artur has played important roles in the development of several emerging technologies and sectors in the past three decades. His ability to correlate and develop visionary plans for emerging sectors is a crucial advantage to EnergyMixx.

 

While introducing James Hume—Chief Financial Officer—responsible for major financial planning and structuring of the Company Artur said that, “James’s contribution will be important in view of EnergyMixx’s plans to utilize Islamic financial instruments and its unique corporate structure as a source of competitive advantage.”

 

Alexander E. Jonesco—non-executive—has extensive experience in the energy sector as head of sales of Vapor AG in Madrid, Spain and Zollikon, Switzerland contracting for conventional and nuclear energy plants. While Marco Rochat—Non-executive—is credited with the launch of the first ever Islamic private bank and Switzerland’s first Islamic bank—the Faisal Private Bank (Switzerland) SA where he serves as the CEO. His network of contacts in the Islamic Financial world and deep insight in Shari’ah-compliant ethical investment banking is a major advantage to EnergyMixx.
