EnergyMixx strengthens management team

Swiss based renewable energy group EnergyMixx AG has completed its management team with Giuseppe Brunelli, a manager with vast experience in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Zug/Switzerland, March 19, 2007 – EnergyMixx Holding AG (WKN AOMSTN, ISIN CH0030908856) is quickly expanding its businesses and therefore scaling-up management capabilities. Giuseppe Brunelli (51) joins the company’s management team and has taken over the role as Head Italy and Albania. He has a strong background and vast experience in project management on an international level and proved its ability to grow new developments in emerging countries. For example, he was involved in the building of a wind park already 20 years ago and most recently was on the Management Board of one of the largest water companies in Europe before joining EnergyMixx. He holds a degree in Hydraulic Engineering and post-graduate certificates in “Solar and Wind Energies Management” and “Strategic Industrial Planning” as well as an MBA.

Giuseppe Brunelli will run EnergyMixx’s operations in Italy and the Balkans and take care of the Group’s ambitious growths plans in these lucrative renewable energy markets. EnergyMixx Chairman Artur Dela said: “The appointment of Giuseppe Brunelli will sustain our plan to quickly build an attractive portfolio of renewable energy electricity power plants. It is our goal to industrialize proven and novel technologies on a large scale and thereby transform EnergyMixx into a leading generator and supplier of clean energy.”
